        I waited for the doctor an hour past my appointment time. I'm sure he was held up by an emergency or something but I would have appreciated being told he was being held up for some reason. This is very unusual so I was not upset. Dr. Moore and his nurse were apologetic and did not make me feel like they were rushing my appointment in any way. I received very good care.
