    After my son's visit, I could not reach the nursing staff, either the appointment line or the nurses' line regarding the prescriptions that were called in for my son. Every time I called the office, the phone would just ring, no voicemail and no person picked up. That's for the appointment line and the nurses' line. I was unable to reach anyone regarding the issues we were having as far as filling prescriptions for him at the local pharmacy.
