    Dr. Fritz is the best. He takes his time and answers all questions. The medical asst was very kind also.

    The providers and staff were very appropriate, very caring. My complaint is with scheduling. Mercy is making it very difficult to schedule and I'm still trying to schedule with the clinic that I've been referred to for some additional investigation. And not being able to talk to people is frustrating. And I feel that things are going to drop through the cracks for many patients, especially those who can't manage technical issues. That is pretty much required to do pretty much any scheduling any longer.

    The entire team was awesome. This was my first visit to this facility as well as a new team of healthcare. The team put me at ease, they were friendly, considerate, compassionate, and professional. I was very impressed and extremely pleased to have found a new primary care physician who was awesome and surrounded by an equally awesome team.
