Mercy Named a Best Employer for Healthy Lifestyles - Again

For the second year in a row, Mercy is being honored for having one of the best workforce health and wellness programs in the nation.

Only 48 employers across the United States received the annual Best Employers for Healthy Lifestyles® award by the National Business Group on Health.

Mercy received a gold award, presented to organizations with a strong commitment to holistic well-being and related metrics, for its Healthification program. Healthification works to give Mercy co-workers the resources needed to make positive, sustainable changes in their personal well-being and empowers them to decrease their risk of chronic disease, improve health behaviors and lower medical care spending.
