With MyMercy+, you can use your smartphone to:

  • Make an appointment
  • View lab and test results
  • Message your care team securely
  • Manage care for kids and aging parents
  • Complete the check-in process and paperwork ahead of time
  • Pay visit copays
  • Get directions to the building
  • Order food and beverages from the onsite café *

Why Use MyMercy+?

With MyMercy+, you have access to your current and historical health information, which includes test results, medications and more. You also have the ability to email your care team, refill prescriptions, and schedule appointments in addition to completing everything needed prior to arrival at your appointments.

MyMercy+ allows you to find Mercy providers and schedule appointments in the app. You can also use MyMercy+ to get directions to your appointment location, for wayfinding* once you’ve entered the facility and to order food and beverages from the onsite café at some of our Mercy locations. If you complete your questionnaires and e-Checkin through the app, you can skip the line and use the wayfinding service to go directly to your clinic.

MyMercy+ has all the functionality of MyMercy and more.
 

  • MyMercy+ allows you to schedule appointments in the app like before, but the new functionality also allows you to find Mercy providers new to your care team. You can also use MyMercy+ to get directions to your appointment location and for wayfinding once you’ve entered the location*.
  • At select locations, MyMercy+ allows you to order food and beverages from the onsite café.
  • Future upgrades will be made to the MyMercy+ app and the MyMercy app will be retired.

MyMercy+ is currently available for use for patients who see providers at The Mercy Center for Performance Medicine & Specialty Care and the Mercy Clayton-Clarkson locations.

MyMercy+ is available to patients at The Mercy Center for Performance Medicine & Specialty Care and the Mercy Clayton-Clarkson locations. Patients at these locations can download the app prior to their next appointment through a link provided by their Mercy care team.

No. MyMercy+ is free for Mercy patients.

Yes. If you are a current user of MyMercy, you can use your same login and password for MyMercy+.

Anyone over age 15 can set up a MyMercy+ account.

When prompted, please enable location services in the MyMercy+ app. This will allow us to know when you’ve arrived. If you’ve completed your eCheck-in in the app, you can skip the line and go directly to your clinic location.

We offer real-time, online support for MyMercy and MyMercy+. Once you've accessed our online support portal you’ll be asked for the name and email address you used to establish your MyMercy account. If you’re able to provide this, your user ID will be sent to your designated email.
