Mercy Emergency Department - Springdale is the second free standing emergency room in the Northwest Arkansas region. Our emergency room provides state-of-the-art emergency care, 24/7. The emergency room, located at Mercy Springdale near Elm Springs Road, features:

- CT scan
- a specified medical helicopter landing location.
24-hour ER includes:
- 12 exam rooms
- 2 triage rooms
- 1 trauma room
- 1 isolation room (for infectious disease or other issues)
- 3 behavioral rooms
