    I think that there needs to more options in Mercy for Rheumatologist.

    Dr Mushtaq is amazing. I'm so sad that she will be leaving Mercy. She is extremely thorough, listens to everything I have to say and explains things to make them easily understood.

    I'm very upset to learn the Dr Mushtaq is leaving Mercy and I have not been given any other names of another provider to follow up with. This has very negatively affected my course of care. She thinks I should be on another medication but since there is no one to follow me she wouldn't start the new med for me. It's at least a 6 month wait to get in to someone new. Very few Rheumatologists understand my disease process. Dr Mushtaq was one who did. My retina specialist was referring other patients to her due to this. This is a big loss for Mercy. I'm going to be forced to get care outside of Mercy due to her leaving. The number of options that Mercy has for rheumatology is so few. I can't believe that Mercy would let her go without negotiating something. I'm disappointed and very upset. I'm also without a treatment plan for at least 6 months now.
