President of Mercy Southeast Communities
Ryan Geib serves as president of Mercy Southeast Communities. He joined Mercy in January 2020, serving as Mercy Fort Smith’s chief operating officer and bringing more than a decade of health care leadership experience. He previously served as the assistant administrator for HCA Healthcare’s Florida West Hospital in Pensacola, Florida, and director of facility management at HCA’s Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and as senior director of facility operations for King’s Daughters Health in Madison, Indiana.
Education and Credentials
A western Kentucky native, Geib earned his undergraduate degree in civil engineering technology from Murray State University in Kentucky and his Master of Business Administration in health care administration from Western Governors University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
