John Myers has more than 20 years’ experience in health care operations and clinical services leadership. Prior to his current role, Myers served as chief operating officer for Mercy’s Springfield Communities. Before joining Mercy, Myers served as chief operating officer at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. His experience leading complex health systems has prepared him for his work with Mercy.
During his time helping health care organizations navigate growth and constantly changing environments, Myers developed a passion for taking care of those who take care of patients. His strong leadership provides guidance to physician leaders, and he brings a calming presence to an often fast-paced.industry.
