    My whole experience with Mercy has been a nightmare. I had to come see you guys 4 times before the problem was resolved. I got transferred to a hospital that cost me so much $ in gas because we live an hour away. Worst care I ever had.

    The ENTIRE staff was so courteous and helpful. And it didn't seem forced. They were genuine! I love this place!! Kudos to the entire staff, front desk, P.A.'s , everyone!!!!
