        The refusal by ashtyn to submit a prior authorization to my medical insurance is likely going to cost me the entire visit out of pocket as a single mother. Even if it might be declined we still need to at least try instead of just shrugging your shoulders. And not calling me back after me leaving several messages is horrible customer service. The provider was wonderful and I have no complaints with him.
