    We were absolutely so impressed by Dr. Vance and I guess it's an implication of Vance and her level of care, her expertise, just her genuine care for her patients and just the way that she explained things, the way that she literally physically got down on our level. I mean, we have a baby. And just wanted to understand our situation, wanted to hear us out, wanted to explain things. She genuinely cares about her patients and that just meant so much to us. And also, we just, we don't know anything about Mercy. We've never been to Mercy. Personally, we've had family members who have been to Mercy. We've had coworkers who have been to Mercy and we've just always been Freeman patients. And so this was our first experience with Mercy and she made it so pleasant and so did all of the staff and all of the people who did the booking. And we are just so impressed. So thank you.
