My last two visits have felt rushed. I completely understand I'm not the only patient waiting, but I also feel my concerns are equally valid. This last appointment did feel awkward. I explained my concerns to the first nurse, she asked follow up questions. When the nurse practitioner came in she only talked about one thing and was ready to send me off. I brought up my other concerns and she said "oh, you're having these issues", scanned her card to log back onto her computer and I explained I told her nurse all about it. I was asked to step into the restroom for a swab and was told no further instructions. I came out with my swab, other patients walking around the office, and I was headed for the room and was told to just lay my swab down. I asked what would happen next, she told me they would call me if anything come back. I wasn't feeling good and felt I was just put in a weird position, I laid my swab down on their desk and just walked away. Nobody said "see ya later", we didn't even go over my other concerns! I did bring them up to the nurse practitioner after the first time she send me off. after the swab I was expecting to go back into the room and discuss the rest. It felt overwhelming at the moment to speak up and say "I have a few more questions". But also that would've been the second time I would've brought them up to her.

Yes, the doctor is very, very compassionate. She's very good about talking to you and explaining things. She's a great doctor and I enjoy going to her. Thank you very much.
