    Once I got there, none of that information was in there. So it was very disheartening to see all that effort and time that I did and then none of it be in the system. Like I said, it had nothing to do with Anne Voss. I don't know what happened. I do know it was in there because I clicked and signed and did all my pre-sign-in before. So that is the only thing that I was very disappointed.

    I didn't feel that Ann Voss had really looked into the issue with my hand, what's going on with it, and how I'm still having pain. So I took it as like she don't really care.
