Care Philosophy The best part of my job as a Mercy midwife is seeing patients through their whole pregnancy, from that first appointment and ultrasound to their labor and delivery. When I get to be the midwife on call for women who I've seen from the beginning, it's just a really special moment for me as a caregiver.

        Walking into the Birthing Center was a complete night and day difference from my OBs office at MOBap. The center was peaceful, calm and uplifting. As soon as my husband and I walked in we felt comfortable and completely at ease. We were never rushed, and we just knew and felt that we were humans not just numbers to get through on the schedule. I am beyond thankful that we decided to transfer my care to the Birthing Center for our fourth child.
