    I was very sleep deprived with a sick child. the care provider was super understanding and address my all my concerns and made sure I was ok along with my child! My child is sick often due to her sensitive lungs and I appreciate how they look at previous visits and know her background. I am not having to advocate for my child's health each visit they have reviewed her circumstances before coming up with a treatment plan!

    Doctor spent only minutes with us. Did not listen to all information about the reason for our visit. The notes about our visit were inaccurate. Did not explain why the antibiotics were prescribed. He was kind and did check breathing for any breathing sounds. Did not confirm or deny concerns.

    The nurse didn't have a good attitude with me and my husband at all she was rude she didn't hardly to talk to us when I was trying to let her know my daughter wasn't feeling good but the doctor was nice to my daughter and me but they need to be nicer when I bring my family in for my daughter check up when she don't feel better please respect my family more please thank you I would appreciate if they show us more respect to like other there god bless
