Hi, yes, I just wanted to say that I appreciate the time that Ashly spent in the room because usually when you go to traditional doctors, they pretty much run in and run out. She was very compassionate with the things that I had to share with her and she absolutely was actively listening. I appreciate that so much, leaving the physician that I just left. So that is all. Thank you. I had a great experience.

I am satisfied with everything the doctor did during our face - to - face talking time. Especially appreciate her sharing her adorable baby pictures with us. But one thing I am not happy with the time spent on waiting to be called in and waiting for the doctor to show up after the nurse's check. It used to take less than 5 min to be called in but this time it took 40 min. I asked twice during the waiting what was going on. I was told to just wait. After the nurse is done with her checking i had to wait another 20 min. I was at the point to quit waiting and go home when the doctor finally came in. Due to the long waiting time I missed an activity which I could have caught if not for the extra long time of waiting. I can't go through this kind of long waiting again. Please help resolve this issue.
