Waited in exam room for over an hour while I was very ill. They expect patients to arrive 15 minutes early. I was having issues after being taken off my medication and called to move my 3 month appointment sooner and was told no. I had to wait7 weeks to see him. Even having dangerous symptoms. I have no problem with this doctor but he is obviously over extended. I will most likely be looking for another service outside of Mercy.

Dr. Zimmerman is a very good doctor and he's keeping me healthy like I asked him to many years ago. I really appreciate him. His nurses are very kind and gentle.
