About Caitlin Elizabeth Waters, APRN-CNP

Care Philosophy I started as a CNA in nursing school and worked my way up to to becoming a registered nurse. l. I spent seven and a half years as an RN here at Mercy Hospital, and I decided I wanted to provide more care to patients on a bigger level. So I went back to school to become a nurse practitioner, and here I am. I like primary care. I like providing well-rounded care, seeing people get better and being involved in patient health. I'll be working at the Mercy clinic in Roland, my hometown. I’ve lived here for more than 20 years, and I’m excited to help give back to my community as a Mercy caregiver. I want my patients to know that I’ll care for them with compassion and empathy through and through. I plan to keep open channels of communication with patients, and that I’m committed to caring for them as I’d want my family to be cared for.

        I have referred family and friends to Poteau clinic over the years and they have been entirely impressed. The staff and the service is extremely efficient effective and very professional as well as personal at times. I appreciate that Catie was readily available at a moments notice that made a world of difference to my family and myself. Catie was extremely helpful with getting my lab work done getting prescriptions filled and resolving matters at hand. The nursing staff was just wonderful they came out to the vehicle to help get testing started. Nursing staff assisted with testing, vitals and labs. Extremely efficient Everything was in such a timely manner so much better with the new facility. Thank you to Mercy staff at Poteau Clinic truly appreciate all of you!
