This appointment was for an IUD insertion and I have horrible anxiety with any invasive procedure so this appointment had me in panic mode. I was crying and stressed before it even started but Carolyn Mank was an amazing amazing person per usual and tried her best to talk me down from whatever my mind was going through. She helped me feel safe and talked me through the entire procedure. My mind and body was unfortunately still on high alert so she ended up referring me to therapy to help with my anxiety and birth trauma after we discussed some things. Noting that I probably need some help in that department and helping me get the ball rolling that I wouldn't do myself, was just what I needed.

I don't usually answer these but the caregiver, Carolyn, that I had, she was amazing. She cared. She listened. She's extremely intelligent. I've never had someone, I don't know, she just knows a lot about what she is doing and I appreciate that. So she's amazing and kind and she deserves a raise.
