Care Philosophy The type of care that I give as a certified nurse midwife is I listen. People will tell you what they want and need if you really just take a moment to listen. So, incorporating not only listening to women but also listening to their bodies and their babies as well.

Nurse Culbertson was extremely helpful and informative. She was willing to answer any questions and made sure to give me time to ask questions.

I dislike that my care team is under a doctor who has never met me nor will meet me, yet seems to have the say in how my care is provided. To call this a midwifery clinic seems like a stretch at best. They don't seem to have any control over what they can do for me or how they advise me, but have to defer to someone over them at all times. It's really frustrating and has made getting answers to my questions challenging.
