    Mercy asks you to arrive 15 minutes early, which I did, ending up sitting and waiting 45 minutes. The nurse that took my vitals was very nice but never mentioned the doctor running late. I sat there from 9:45 till 10:30 before seeing Dr. Bala. THEN she came in mentioned my blood work numbers being high and said instead of yearly we'd do labs and a follow up in 6 mths. It was maybe 5 minutes at the most that she saw me. This all could've been done with a message from MyMercy or a phone call. l even walked out in the hallway to see if someone could let me know how long it'd be before seeing her, nobody was around. This is the second time this has happened and both times no apology was even offered. This appointment was a waste of my time and hers when it could've been taken care of with 5 minute or less, phone call.
