    As a "New" patient (but with an issue that needed to be dealt with), I appreciated Dr Litherland's acting on my primary's referral for an appointment to exam me sooner rather than later in order to address the problem. She offered a concise and timely solution to handle my issue which is helpful and for which I'm thankful.
