    I feel I was forced to sign for charges I can't afford. without complete answers to how this works with Insurance company for payment, Ms. Claire insists that I sign papers and she'll waive charges the paper stated, instead of what she said in the beginning. I would get my $500 deposit, ask for back. I brought cash, check inner wouldn't accept. wanted credit card. Even though she insists I try the hearing aids in 45 days and had check inner to call me because upon leaving she was gone to lunch, felt very strange to me. I feel I have been scammed. I not sure to call my bank and insist of no other authorize payments from them or wait till they get me. VERY COFUSED.

    Claire Barnard is very knowledgeable, thorough, patient and caring. Mercy Audiology is tip top re the latest technology and is not just locked into one manufacturer like most other audiologists. Their pricing model is very fair. I couldn't be more pleased with Claire and Mercy Audiology.
