    I have been going to the orthopedic office for four years and have always trusted and liked my doctors. This was different. The doctor I saw this time seemed to be rushed, I felt the doctor was not hearing what I was saying and was just wanting to put a bandaid on the situation and move on to the next. Will not see this Dr. again. Horrible bedside manner.

    Dr. Lents probably knows her stuff, but she has some of the worst bedside manner I've ever experienced. Asked 4 times in the short 5 minute visit if I had any questions, but in a tone that made it very clear she wasn't interested in questions. When I finally asked one about next steps she got visibly irritated and said "I don't make the schedules". She walked out after that and I had limited understanding of next steps. I get enough unprofessional interactions with my business interactions. I don't care to pay for the privilege of more of them.
