      What I appreciated most about this visit was that I was able to call the day before, speak to a person on the phone, and she quickly called me back with a solution and an appointment. They were able to take care of ann issue that another mercy doctor wanted to schedule a surgery for it had been keeping me waiting for over a month to do so.

      It was a little off-putting to spend over an hour filling out the online paperwork to have to redo it all in office. I know other doctor's offices have printed the paperwork and I just had to verify and initial. Also, my appointment was scheduled months ago and I wasn't told until I got to the appointment that the office had not received my medical records. Which means the doctor didn't have time to review my file before seeing me, which I think affected his treatment plan. I don't know if it would be possible for the receptionist or someone in the office to reach out a week or so prior to the appointment to the patient or the referring provider to make sure all information is received. Other than those two items Dr Wagner listened and did his best on the fly to come up with a plan.

      I really liked Dr. Wagner. He's very straight forward and extremely nice. I trust he has me at his best interest and I was very pleased.
