Care Philosophy The most gratifying part of being a family medicine physician is the patient relationships. I grew up in Watonga, so I've known many of my patients and their families my whole life. When patients come to see me, they receive personal care. I try to treat everyone as I would want to be treated when I seek medical care.

        I do not like your system of making appointments. When I call I expect to talk to a person not a robot. The person wasn't near the facility and didn't know the name of the street or how to spell the physician's name. When I got to the clinic the employees were very courteous but the phone system isn't good at all. In a small town we expect to have employees talk to us without robots and know the name of the streets and certainly how to spell the physician's name.

        Insurance wasn't in local systems - gave me a number to call while I waited in lobby- it was all handled within 10 minutes . Great Help!!

        When I'm making an appointment, I would like to actually talk to a person there in the office, and I wasn't able to do that without going to the clinic.
