Care Philosophy I knew there was a big need here in Perryville. It was my hometown and I still had family here. My goal when I came back was to establish a stable primary care group that we could grow and develop with the community as the population grew, and make sure that we were providing quality medical services to Perry County.

        Dr Kapp is always very accommodating! He uses common sense and listens to what is happening. He is a very good doctor and we are all lucky to have him

        Dr Kapp and his staff are the best!!! Check in was quick and polite. The nurse was very nice and respectful. Dr Kapp always explains things so you can understand, hes always greets with a smile. Had to get a shot and I cant stand the sight of a needle, the nurse was very nice. The shot was done and over before I even knew!! A+ staff. I am very fortunate to have such a great care team!!
