    My insurance says I do not have a copay when I see a specialist at their office. Yet this visit I was told I owed $149 to see him. The explanation I got was that you are no longer a clinic but an outpatient facility. So, where can I see my doctor in his office with out having to pay for your outpatient facility My doctor is Dr. Mahata and he states his office is in your facility. Do you see the dilemma?
