        Because we didn't agree with a few of the terms laid out in the paperwork, we were threatened that if we didn't sign, we wouldn't receive care. The front desk also insisted that it was "only permission to treat" which was clearly untrue. It was also stated that it was a government requirement, however there was zero documentation to back up that claim. It was a very disconcerting experience.

        Everyone was professional and friendly and helped my daughter not be so scared of the Dr.
