        Dr. Carter is absolutely amazing! She never makes us feel rushed and always answers every question in a way that we can understand. Mercy is very lucky to have her as a care team member!

        Dr. Jacquelyn Carter is an amazing Hematologist. She is personable and compassionate. She truly cares about her patients and their lives outside of their medical condition(s). She always asks about how school is going and remembers things I told her about my personal life from previous visits. I feel very comfortable around Dr. Carter and I trust her fully with my medical care. Truly, I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Carter and all of the staff at the Pediatric Hematology clinic. All of the nurses are very kind and attentive. I will be coming here and seeing Dr. Carter for as long as possible.

        Everyone was very welcoming and kind from the front desk to the doctor. Our nurse was so good with our little one. Very good experience.
