    I feel my son is comfortable talking with Dr. this is important as he needs to feel listened to abs heard as mom I only have the outward observations but my son knows how he feels and the doctor has a good relationship with my son. I feel the Dr. listens to me as well then we all three discuss and input on next steps.

    I was very impressed with his knowledge level. He seemed to genuinely care and gave each of us the opportunity to communicate. The televisit was much more refined with less communication issues!
