    I was assigned the appointment and drove 2 hours from my home for the appointment. I was not aware the Appointment was to just inform me I would need a more current MRI, informed by NP J. Schatz. This information could have been taken care of by a phone call, saving the medical team and myself time. The drive round trip is 4 hours. I find this visit to be a waste of time and money, not efficient and non caring of the patient's physical pain and anxiety. Let's try to do better next time, please!
