        Did not like that at check in, mercy has the receptionist discuss a bill that was issued by another mercy provider. Health care should be my providers number one priority not discuss a bill from another mercy provider that should be handled by your accounting department not in front of every other patient in the waiting area.

        I would give this place a perfect 10 except for the call center. It takes new patients FOREVER to schedule with Jason Portell... Which is a shame, because he is a fantastic practitioner.
