Care Philosophy I was already a nurse when my father was diagnosed with cancer. That experience inspired me to pursue becoming a nurse practitioner in Oncology. I love getting to know my patients and in my specialty, you see some of them quite often and you get to know them and their family. It’s a privilege to care for them in one of their most stressful times. When I care for patients, I hope that they see a caring provider who listens and wants the best for them. I chose Mercy because I've heard great things about the compassionate care and devotion to their patients.

        1st time to see Jennifer, very pleased, she was very thorough, I and my wife have the upmost confidence in her as part of our medical caregiving team

        The person that checked me in, failed to press the place that I was there. When there were only two other people, I went to the desk and asked if they had forgotten me. She checked and went to the back and came back and brought the PA back (Jennifer Phillips) and she took me back. I know mistakes happen but this was too much.
