This was my first visit to Dr. Kraft, as I am new to OKC. I connected with him instantly and found that he listened to my concerns and most importantly, he not only discussed what my issue could be, but also showed me images of how the area that I'm having problems with is connected internally. I really appreciate not only verbal medical information but also seeing images/diagrams of said areas. I am glad that I found him and glad that he will be helping me manage my healthcare. I also found the front desk staff to be very polite and professional, as well, as Dr. Kraft's nurse.
