Care Philosophy Coming to work at Mercy was like coming home—my mentor in college was a Mercy physician—and I’m from the Ozarks. I chose family medicine because of the variety. I see all ages, all states of health. The best part of my job is allaying fears. You do that by building relationships, and you build relationships by listening.

        It was the first time I saw Dr. Brown. I went early to have my ears cleaned out at the walk in clinic there. Dr. Brown was fantastic and got my ears cleaned out. I appreciate him and the fact that I could go without having an appointment. Everyone there is wonderful!!!!!

        I cannot give enough praise for both the long time staff and the newer team members for their excellent professional service. I was especially impressed with the new physician, Dr. John Brown. He listened, asked questions and he conveyed a sincere compassionate concern. I felt very confident in his treatment plan for me.
