Dr. Willis was super helpful in getting me connected with the right follow-up doctors. I'd been having trouble getting hold of the neurosurgeon who performed my clot removal, and she was able to get me connected to him as well as referred for other neuro followups I needed.

The mercy team of family medicine they all had great customer service. The nurses and doctors were very caring had a lot of empathy and care so much about the patients they were so nice to me. I love that. I change over to this doctor office.
