The front desk can be more helpful because it was not about my daughter. I asked my husband's blood report copy, paper copy, but the one girl was trying to help us and the other one said, oh, they probably already mailed it, but they couldn't figure out how to print it over there. I waited and waited and then I just gave up and I still didn't get my blood report in a mail, like a paper copy.

I felt such comfort and relief after seeing Marino and his nurse. What a blessing.

After the nurse did the intake, it was 30 minutes before Dr Marino came into the room. I think the nurse should have come back within 15 minutes to to explain that the doctor was delayed.
