I love the experience I have with Dr. Blaylock and his nurse. She is always incredibly kind and makes me feel so comfortable. They both have great bedside manner and are good at answering any of my questions or concerns thoroughly. The front desk personnel, however, is lacking. There is one in particular that I dread getting at check in. She is very cold in manner and not helpful. She makes me feel inferior because of my insurance. She does not come off welcoming or respectful. She never smiles and makes the check in process extremely unpleasant, and it has been like this at every visit. My check in and check out experience does not match how the rest of the clinic is ran. I have nothing but great things to say about the girl who draws blood in the lab, the ultrasound tech, my doctor and his nurse. They provide outstanding service! But the check in woman who sits closest to the elevator needs help when it comes to being welcoming, kind, helpful and respectful to clients, as she is never any of those things.
