    All over a good office it just takes so long to get an appointment with any Mercy doctor or procedure.

    They are EXTREMELY difficult to reach by phone. They do not answer mymercy promptly and dealing with the office is frustrating. It usually entails actually going to the office in person to answer questions that should be able to be dealt with over the phone! and if you call the front desk you are immediatly told to hold without being allowed to say you cannot hold. And if you are 4 minutes late, the receptionist scolds you for being late and suggests that your visit may have to be rescheduled.

    Very much appreciated the professionalism and sensitivity to my wife's needs. His evaluation and advice was clearly stated giving comfort to us.
