    The doctor wrote things in notes that weren't true and didn't write that she told me to double my Xanax and to take my Fiorecet #3 for my legs and feet pain and I only take it for my headaches. I don't know where she got her degree but I have never heard of the things she told me to do. She also didn't note the things that she told me. My husband was there and can verify what she said to me.
