    I love Kenny Marciniak, he's the best audiologist! But I don't understand why there is nobody in the office to answer the phone in order to schedule an appointment. I had to call 3 times and leave a message, then someone did call back, but I wasn't home, so I had to call again before I finally got an appointment. When I got to my appointment, the door was locked! It wasn't until I knocked twice that someone came and let me in. This does not seem to be a good way to run a medical office to me.
