Care Philosophy You should treat your patients like they are your own family. So, I sit in the room with a patient and the first thing I think to myself is, 'Is this my dad? Is this my sister? Is this my wife? What would I do if it were them? Would I refer them to a specialist? Would I recommend this medication?' And that sort of inability to escape even if you wanted to, it's a good thing. It keeps you focused on your patients most basic needs.

I like that Dr. Ostrom doesn't rush you and gives you time to explain your problem. To many doctors now rush you to get to the next patient don't explain things to you the way you can understand them. Dr Ostrom does.

I greatly appreciate and depend on Dr. OSTROM'S discussions with my health over the years. His objectivity and observations help me during the year until the next visit. Also, needed medications or quick visits during the year being available to me have been greatly appreciated!

Dr. Ostrom is an extremely smart and compassionate person. He listens very well to my questions and concerns and literally explains everything very fluently. He takes time to assure that I understand the answers or topic of discussion. He like to share information and discusses the best plan with options to a solution. Thank you!
