    Lori Rogers is awesome. She listens to my needs and makes suggestions on what is needed. It did take longer to get an appointment than normal. That is not Lori's problem. Might need to expand your facilities to include more Doctors and someone who can repair hearing aids on sight.

    My care provider, Lori, was outstanding. I appreciated everything she did for me. My one comment would be that my appointment took approximately four or five months from the time I called to the time that there was an available slot.
