Dr. Callaway and his nurse are both very professional and nice. They listened to my concerns. Dr. Callaway is the best physician I have ever seen. He is very thorough and cares about my well-being. I am fortunate to have him as my primary care doctor. I trust him completely.

Dr Callaway used AI for his note and it went well in my opinion. The note was very good and he still spent quality time with me. There was barely a change on the tone of the visit. The nurse has always been very caring and listens to what i have to say. I appreciate his ideas and his willingness to listen to mine to address my needs.

Call center told me the lab opened at 7:30. I got there at 7:30, was told the lab opened at 7:45. It didn't open until 8:10. I left work to get my labs done, it was frustrating to wait that long.
