        Visit was unusual compared to prior visits. Dr Norton appeared to be hurried and not able to listen to all my concerns. He placed an order for blood work to be done immediately after my appt and failed to sign it which caused a 45 minute wait to have it done. Quest employee may have caused some of that delay.
