        Paula Stephens in Neurology is a joy to work with. She always goes above and beyond. Today she worked on getting an answer for me to a question no one prior to her could answer. She also readily agreed to getting my new x-ray today on a rush basis as I'm leaving for out of state for 6 weeks tomorrow.

        She took the time to explain all aspects of my surgery and ongoing recovery. We discussed further constraints and how I am to progress effectively. She even took the extra effort to confer with a vendor involved with my recovery, and get answers to our questions. Very thorough.
