About Richard James Keating, MD

Care Philosophy I think being a doctor is more of a calling than a job. I think it's something especially at a place like Mercy where being able to live your values in a way that helps people is unique. You get to see people in a vulnerable state, be helpful to them, and you get to maintain that relationship with them even after they're out of the hospital and past their acute problem which I find particularly rewarding.
