About Richard Pearson Gean, MD

Care Philosophy I was a Division I athlete myself, and I was an athlete at Bentonville High School here locally. I had many injuries throughout my own career, which gave me my first insights into orthopedics. I take care of a wide variety of patients. My favorite part about my job is taking care of the community that I grew up around.
